The manufactory Müller Kleinkunst belongs to the most famous companies of the Erzgebirge folk art in Seiffen. Many articles of the tirelessly creative team around Ringo Müller have already been awarded prizes. Some works are produced only in limited quantities. The Seiffen church is a popular motif, that can be seen during the Christmas season on countless Christmas decorations. On candle arches, the famous mountain church of the toy village is usually depicted as the central theme, as with this light arch.
Seiffen village is popular motif of Christmas decorations
In the style of the Frauenkirche in Dresden, the church was modeled after her. On a somewhat elevated pedestal, the church towers above the village. The town hall (right) and the old school (left) of the village are important landmarks and line the church, which is only a stone's throw away from the buildings. The lanterns in front of the church shine with warm light. Two typical miners' cottages complete the picture of the toy village. The selection of different woods and glazes makes this Schwibbogen particularly attractive.
Erzgebirgische folk art shows old traditions
The protected design element, the cloud arch, swings delicately over the view. Four filigree chip trees protrude between the structures. With the help of exquisite woods such as lime and sipo creates an impressive scenery. In addition, in front of the Seiffen church stand five Kurrendesänger, who have opened their songbooks, to announce the good news of the birth of Jesus Christ in song form. With a lantern and the Star of Bethlehem, a singer stands in the middle right in front. Kurrendesänger still parade through the village and bring pre-Christmas joy with their singing, especially to elderly and sick people. Their costume consists of a dark coat with a white collar and a headdress.

Use of the Schwibbogen in the U.S. / North America / Japan with 110 V
The Schwibbogen can be operated with a voltage of 230 V as well as 110 V. Please note, that for the connection of this article abroad (Japan / North America) a plug adapter is necessary. Likewise, the illuminant must be adapted in the number of volts. For this arc, therefore, 12 corrugated candles in 12 V are needed. These items are available in our store under accessories and lighting. We would also be happy to convert the arch for you in-house and charge a service fee for this, which you can order in our store under item number N-20.
